The Writing Workshop is accepting applications for the 2019-20 Ford Fellow position!
The Ford Fellowship employs one Wesleyan senior to serve as the senior writing tutor and administrator for the Writing Workshop, a center on campus for students to receive support with their writing. The Ford Fellowship is a collaborative position that combines administration, management, tutoring, event planning and a host of other skills. Students of all majors are encouraged to apply, and it is the perfect job for a student that wants a broad range of professional development while also getting involved with an essential and important resource on campus.
The Fellow receives a generous stipend, health insurance, and graduate student status. They are eligible to take two academic courses, conduct research, and work collaboratively with faculty members. Fellows also have full access to the university’s libraries, facilities, and career services. As graduate students, they may also be eligible to defer repayment of student loans.
